Connecting the recent advancements in Neuroscience, Evolutionary Biology and Behavioral Economics to find solutions to business problems involving human behavior.

Most of what is known and taught to the present day CXO’s during their early days as Management has its origins in the post-Industrial Revolution era – via Factory mode of production. Modern-day / 21st-century businesses however will need to live in a world characterized by challenges of which are relevant to the Industry 4.0 scenario. Hence it’s a no-brainer that research needs to be done keeping these challenges in mind. If we take the field of Economics, two new areas have evolved – Behavioural Economics and Experimental Economics after the year 2000. Our team uses updated research findings from four areas:

1.  Evolutionary Biology

2.  Behavioral Economics

3.  Neuroscience

4.  Brain science

Since businesses have the human element as a common factor, research findings from these areas make it easier to derive the impact of Human to other (Machine, Technology, AI, ML, Geo-political, etc) interfaces that businesses need to consider while designing for their day to day operations.
